You can automatically detect exact duplicate photos and videos uploaded to your event, helping you keep your album organised and avoid repeated uploads.
How to enable duplicate detection
Open your Dashboard.
Go to Event Settings:
Desktop: Find it in the left-side menu.
Mobile: Tap Settings in the bottom menu.
Select Moderations.
Enable Hide Duplicate Media.
Once enabled, Kululu will automatically check new uploads for exact duplicates.
What happens when a duplicate is detected?
When a duplicate will be detected, becomes automatically hidden from your event album. It is moved to Pending Approval and marked as Duplicate, so you can easily identify it.
How to review duplicate media
Open your media section through your dashboard:
Desktop: Select Photos & Videos from the left-side menu.
Mobile: Tap Media in the bottom menu.
Go to Need Approval.
Find the uploads marked as Duplicate.
Review each upload and choose to Approve, Keep Hidden, or Delete it.
Note: The "Hide Duplicate Media" is available only on the Pro plan.
