If you are the event owner, you can hide any upload from the digital album through your dashboard.
Hidden items are removed from the album but remain accessible to you so you can manage them later.
Open the media section
Go to:
Desktop: Photos & Videos
Mobile: Media
Here you will see all the uploads in your event.
Option 1: Hide an item from the full view
Click or tap the photo or video you want to manage.
In the top-right corner, tap the three-dot menu.
Select “Hide from album.”
The item will immediately be moved to the Hidden section.
Option 2: Hide multiple items from the thumbnail grid
You can also hide several uploads at once directly from the thumbnail view.
On desktop:
Move your cursor over a thumbnail.
Click the selection checkbox in the top corner of the media item.
Select additional items you want to manage.
On mobile:
Press and hold on a thumbnail to enable multi-selection.
Tap the thumbnails of the other media items you want to select.
After selecting the items, a menu will appear at the bottom of the screen. Choose Hide to move the selected media to the Hidden section.
Where hidden items go
Hidden uploads are moved to the Hidden section, where you can manage them easily.
They are no longer visible in the album, but the event owner can still access them from the dashboard. From there, you can republish them to the album, remove them permanently or download them.
