Who can delete media?
You can delete a photo or video if you are:
The person who uploaded it, or
The event owner
Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: Delete a single item
You can delete individual media items from the dashboard.
Go to:
Desktop: Photos & Videos
Mobile: Media
Click or tap the photo or video you want to delete.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select “Delete from album.”
The item will be permanently removed.
Option 2: Delete multiple items (bulk selection)
You can also delete several items at once using the multi-selection feature.
On desktop:
Go to Photos & Videos.
Move your cursor over a thumbnail and click the selection checkbox in the top corner.
Select all the media items you want to delete.
On mobile:
Go to Media.
Press and hold on a thumbnail to enable selection mode.
Tap the thumbnails of the items you want to select.
Once selected, a menu will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Delete to permanently remove the selected items
You can also choose Hide or Download from the same menu if needed
Important note
Deleting media is permanent. Once removed, it cannot be recovered.
