Option 1: Download a single photo or video
You can download any item directly from the album or your dashboard.
Open a photo or video from:
The digital album, or
Photos & Videos (desktop) / Media (mobile) in your dashboard
Click or tap the download icon in the bottom-left corner
The file will be saved to your device.
Option 2: Download multiple items (select from grid)
You can also download several items at once using multi-selection.
On desktop:
Go to Photos & Videos
Hover over a thumbnail and click the selection checkbox in the top corner
Select all the items you want to download
On mobile:
Go to Media
Press and hold on a thumbnail to enable selection mode
Tap the thumbnails you want to select
After selecting items, a menu will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Download to save the selected files
You can also Hide or Delete from this menu if needed
Option 3: Download all media (bulk download)
To download everything from your event at once:
Go to Photos & Videos (desktop) or Media (mobile)
Click or tap Download All
Kululu will generate a ZIP file with all your photos and videos. This is useful for:
Creating a backup of your event
Uploading to services like Google Drive
Sharing the full collection offline
Troubleshooting download issues
If you have trouble downloading the ZIP file:
Check your internet connection
Make sure you have enough storage space on your device
Try using a different browser or device

The Download All feature is available on Plus and Pro plans only.
