Yes! You can download all the photos and videos from your event in two ways:
1. Individual Download
Open any photo or video from your digital album or in the "Photos & Videos" section on desktop ("Media" on mobile) in your dashboard.
Click the download icon in the bottom left corner.
2. Bulk Download
Go to the "Photos & Videos" section ("Media" on mobile) in your dashboard.
Click Download All to save everything at once as a ZIP file.
Kululu's "Download All" feature simplifies saving your entire media collection at once by generating a ZIP file. This can be particularly helpful for creating offline backups or transferring media to services like Google Drive.
If you encounter issues with downloading the ZIP file, ensure a stable internet connection and adequate storage space. If these steps don't help, try a different browser or device.
Note: The Bulk Download feature is available only with Plus and Pro plans.
