From your dashboard, you can pin content that guests should see or find easily, such as:
A sponsor’s logo, message, or promotional post
An important announcement
A photo, video, or post you want to highlight
Information that should remain easy to find
Pinned items appear before all other album content, regardless of the selected sorting order.
Option 1: Pin or unpin a single item
You can pin an individual media item from its preview.
Open your dashboard
Go to:
Desktop: "Photos & Videos"
Mobile: "Media"
Click or tap the photo, video, or post you want to pin.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select “Pin to top.”
The item will immediately move to the top of the album.
To remove it from the pinned section, follow the same steps and select “Unpin.”
Option 2: Pin or unpin multiple items using bulk selection
You can also pin or unpin several media items at once using the multi-selection feature.
On desktop:
Open your dashboard and go to "Photos & Videos".
Move your cursor over a thumbnail and click the selection checkbox in the top corner.
Select all the media items you want to pin or unpin.
On mobile:
Open your dashboard and go to "Media".
Press and hold a thumbnail to enable selection mode.
Tap the thumbnails of the items you want to select.
Once selected, a bulk action bar will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Select "Pin" to move the selected items to the top of the album, or select "Unpin" to remove them from the pinned section.
Important note
When multiple items are pinned, the most recently pinned item appears first. Each newly pinned item moves to the top of the pinned section.
When you unpin an item, it returns to its regular position based on the album’s current sorting order.
