You can personalize both your digital album background and Welcome Screen background from your event settings.
Change the digital album background
Open "Event Settings" (on desktop from the left-side menu, or on mobile via Settings) from your dashboard
Go to the "Appearance" tab
Find "Album Background"
Choose an existing option or upload your own background
How background options work
No background selected
The background will automatically cycle through photos uploaded to your albumOne background selected
A single static background image will be displayedMultiple backgrounds selected
The background will rotate between the selected images
Change the Welcome Screen background
If you already have a Welcome Screen enabled, you can update its background at any time:
Open "Event Settings" (or "Setting"s on mobile)
Go to the "Appearance" tab
Select "Edit Welcome Screen"
Find "Background"
Upload or choose your background
Important: These backgrounds are separate
The Album Background and Welcome Screen Background are not connected.
Changes made to one will not affect the other
If you want them to match, you’ll need to update both settings separately
If your new background is not showing
Refresh the page or reopen the album link
Double-check that you updated the correct setting:
Album Background affects the album
Welcome Screen Background affects only the intro screen
