If your upload limit is reached, no new photos or videos can be added to the album. Each individual photo or video counts as one upload toward your total.
To continue uploading, you can either delete some existing files to free up space or upgrade your plan to increase your limit. The Free plan includes up to 100 uploads, the Plus plan allows up to 500, and the Pro plan offers unlimited uploads.
You can check your current upload count in two ways:
– On desktop, go to your dashboard and open the "Photos & Videos" section (labeled "Media" on mobile), then look under "Upload Limit".
– Or, open your digital album link. You’ll see the upload counter displayed above the media grid.
Reviewing your uploaded content, especially guest uploads, can help manage space more efficiently and keep your album running smoothly.
