From your dashboard, go to:
My Account → Manage Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account
On desktop, you can find My Account in the bottom-left corner of the page.
On mobile, tap More (the three dots) in the bottom-right corner. This will open the side menu, where you can select My Account.
If you haven’t signed in recently, you may be asked to sign out and authenticate again before you can continue with the deletion.
What happens when you delete your account?
Deleting your account is permanent. Once completed:
All events owned by your account will be deleted.
All photos, videos, and other media from those events will be permanently removed.
Any active subscription connected to your account will be canceled, and the related subscription data stored by Kululu will be removed.
Any temporary files created when downloading your media will also be deleted.
If you are a collaborator on someone else’s event, you will be removed as a collaborator, but the event itself will not be deleted because you are not the event owner.
Please make sure you have downloaded any media you want to keep before deleting your account.
