Start by Creating Your Event
When you sign in to Kululu and create an event, it starts on the Free plan automatically.
From your dashboard you can set up your event and decide later if you want to unlock more features.
If you choose to upgrade, there are two ways to do it depending on how you use Kululu.
Upgrade One Event
If you are running a single event, you can upgrade that event with a one-time payment.
Kululu offers two upgrade options:
Plus
Pro
The upgrade applies only to that event, and it does not create a subscription.
To upgrade your event:
Open your event from the Dashboard
Click “Upgrade Your Event” in the side menu
or “Upgrade Plan” at the top of the pageChoose Plus or Pro
Your event will immediately include the features of the selected plan.
Using Kululu for Multiple Events
If you organize events regularly, Kululu also offers business subscriptions.
These plans include multiple Pro events under one monthly plan and are designed for professionals who manage events often.

Starting a Business Subscription
Business subscriptions are activated from the business pricing page, not from the event upgrade button.
To start a subscription:
Visit the business pricing page
Choose the plan that fits your needs
Subscribe using the email address you use for your Kululu events
Once your subscription is active, your account will include Pro events according to your subscription plan.
Managing Your Subscription
The Subscription menu in the dashboard appears only for accounts with an active subscription.
If you are using one-time event upgrades, this section will not appear in your account.
For subscribed accounts, you can manage everything from:
Dashboard → My Account → Manage Account → Subscription
From there you can:
view your plan
check renewal dates
update payment details
upgrade or cancel your subscription
Yearly Event Packages
Kululu also offers yearly packages where you can purchase a fixed number of Plus or Pro events for the year at a discounted price.
These packages are separate from the monthly subscription model. To do this, you can speak with one of our team members or email us at [email protected]. Share your expected number of events and your needs, and our team will help create a package that fits your needs.
