Managing Your Business Subscription Plan on Kululu
Kululu’s business subscription plan gives you access to Pro-level features across your events, without needing to upgrade each one individually. Here’s how to manage your subscription.
How the Subscription Works
Kululu manages all subscriptions directly through the dashboard. There’s no need to use codes. Pro features are automatically applied to any new event you create under your active subscription.
Managing Your Subscription in the Dashboard
Go to your dashboard. Navigate to My Account > Manage Account > Subscription to view your plan details.
From there, you can check your renewal date, update your payment method, or make changes to your plan (upgrade or cancel).
If you see the "Subscription" section, your business plan is active. If not, your event is most likely a one-time upgrade rather than part of a subscription.
Creating a New Event with Your Subscription
At the top of the menu on your dashboard, you’ll see the "Current Event" section with the name of your active event inside a pink box.
Click the dropdown arrow next to the event name. From there, select "Create new event" directly from the dropdown menu. Your new event will automatically include all Pro features covered by your subscription.
You can return to this menu anytime to switch between events or create additional ones.
